Welcome to 2025-2026 School Year

President:  Quorum was established

Approval of Minutes:  Approval of May 2025 minutes approved with no amendments 

Treasure report:

Release the Checks:  Second and approved (see below)

Approval of 2025-2026 Budget-  Second and Approved

Budget can be viewed at the PTA main website

Added items Christmas and Kwanzaa

Librarian Requested funding and was informed that the funding will be coming form school because PTA purchased the agenda book for the school. 

Librarian stated that the funds would be for her hours and not for book. 

Principal confirmed that the books fund also may be approved by the school

Requested but not approved:

          -Shade Structure

          - More funding for Staff Appreciation

          -Possible Scholarship for Highschool and/or college students

Membership Drive- Info:  Request for extensions to count for A track

Membership extended to September 15th. 5:00 pm

Teachers- Request for the list of current membership results
