Spirit Wear: Weist contacted vendor, needs to know how much to order up front. Weist  will let her know by Thursday.

Spring Fest: Judy and Nasreen will co-chair, sign up for committees  ( they will start hosting meetings soon)  If you are interested in being part of the committee, please let us know via email.

Dine in at Round Table. 

STEM:  Still trying to figure out the date.  Mr. Zaker has requested 2 days to accommodate all tracks

Valentine’s Day Grams: give to teachers on 2/12 so they can organize, Weist said student leadership can help as well. We will sell before/after school. Will be able to order online. Grams sales will be 2/2 – 2/11. Student leadership will take the candy to hand out. Have a list of teacher’s names for correct spelling. Candy will be $1. Handwritten notes must be purchased in person. Will put candy in teacher’s mailbox on 2/12

Movie night: not sure if date will be valid. Postpone

Round Table: Ashley suggested postponing  the board meeting. Send flyers home the day of. Try Do a raffle… each member of the family that shows up gets a ticket. Social media engagement. Take a picture while they are there and post it.  (Raffle may be too late do to time.
