Call to order:

Approval of Feb 2026 minutes  (Approve)

Spring Fest: Judy and Nasreen April 17 at 5pm update

Principal Wiest approved the date/time to be starting 5pm.  Maya will be setting up Links for booths and auctions.

Police will be there with a display

Request Lion Dance and other culture performers from the previous culture event that was rained out

Request Angie to send out information and the leadership will work with teachers to come with a basket per class or group of classes.

Financial Report: $83,005.64

March Dine for Dollar Red Robin March 22

Marquee Sign for $22,000

            Location still needs to be finalized and the site person who can assist will be here for the tree.  Therefore, we can ask where we can put the marquee sign.  The project is now approved for $30,000.

2 Year plan for Play Ground Shade- 

            Roughly $60,000.00  Will start contacting vendors for the bids

May:  Teacher Appreciation:

            Approved budget of $3000.  Ashley requested to chair the teachers appreciation

Start Planning for 6th Grade Promotion (Graduation)- 

6th Grade Field Day funds:   $800  (Approved)

Elections:  Election Committee will present nomination next meeting. 

Zakar:  Stem program

2 dates:  May 4th and June 4th.  Will need 10-14 volunteers.
