PTA-  President will need to appoint and PTA board must approve Secretary and Treasure prior to 2025-2026 PTA.  (correction-  The Board will approve)

The President called for Nomination from the floor-  Asked if there are any one who would like to self nominate at this time.  (none)

As there are single candidates for each office, a voice vote was conducted without any objection.  The Nominated list was elected.

President took this time to thank Harmandeep  Sandu and Chloe Puno for all their time and support to the PTA.

Treasure report:  Harmandeep Sandu

              Current Bank Balance $53,102.18 with no new membership

Motion to approved the following check, second and approved.

PTA bylaw revision-  Membership fee increased $1 to count for National PTA increase.  Therefore next year the new PTA membership will be $6.00

2025-2026 Student Handbook/Agenda book-  Request PTA to purchase the book this year.  Motion to approve up to $5,000 was seconded and approved

Teacher Week Appreciation- Kristin

Each teacher had food on the pod of each building, we are still waiting for C track to come back.  Lot of the food and snacks were donated.

6th Grade Field Day-  Kistin

We need to purchase more games-  Requested additional $600.-  Motion to approve up to $600 was second and approved.

Jumbo Outdoor screen for Movie Nights-  Mrs. Anderson

Purchase a jumbo screen for movie night.  Request up to $400.  The motion was second and approved.

Paper shortage-  School had paper shortage where Principal Wiest went to buy enough paper to get by before the large paper supplies were delivered.  Request PTA for reimbursement.  The motion to reimburse Principle Wiest for the amount of $108.73 was second and approved.
