Spring Fest- update
Biggest event at MVE and spent roughly $2,400. Venmo statement and cash box was counted.
Auction raised for the teachers was roughly $1,000
Marquee Sign – update

Staff/Teacher Appreciation Week- update
Spent $2,000. Each day had different events. Ashley chaired and was there every day. She had a blast meeting all the teachers.
Special Bench update:
The foundation for the bench was already poured and ready. There will only be private viewing in respect for the family’s wishes.
6th Grade Promotion:
Décor will be case by case.
6th Grade Awards:
Will get the numbers and the award pins will be dropped of to the secretary.
IXL program: Mr. Nash would like to request $2,100 for roughly 150 4th grade students to try out the program. The School will fund more if needed.
Gate: There seems to be concerns with the lack of activities for Gate program. Request the concerns to be addressed by staff
2026-2027 PTA Board
Darah Gallegos: Announced the nomination for the new PTA board elections.
Daniel Kim: Open the floor for any other nomination.
Daniel Kim: Closed the nomination. Since there are no contested position, calls for voice vote. Motioned, seconded and approved.
Daniel Kim: calls for a motion to approve the 2026-2027 PTA Board as listed on nomination.
Motioned, Second and approved.
Daniel Kim: Special Thank you address to all the PTA members, School staffs, volunteers and the current PTA board for all the help throughout the year. Ended with “We do this for the kids”
