Call to order

Approval of current Agenda- Motion passed

Approval of Oct. 9th 2025 meeting minutes-  Motion passed

Balance of the Bank:  $67,918.49

Trunk or Treat report:  Great event, had lot of people showed up.  Lights should be on earlier next time and we should have 2 sets .  Open the court for more cars and budget lot more for candy.

Spirit Wear- Office has a contact to create new spirit wears - Will touch base and get back to PTA.

Student Agenda book purchase- Will know the amount needed for the order roughly around January.  Staff will get back to PTA.

Spring Fest Committee Set up- We will have 2 PTA board as Co-Chair and start planning Spring Fest.

Ruby Bridge Walk to school- Tomorrow- e-mails were all sent out.

Movie Night- Please check the calendar because it will most likely be canceled.

Design Cookie Night- MPR- Dec. 17th Check Calendar- Santa and photos will be available.

Kinder grade request funds to purchase Ginger house $1,140.00

Each class will collect donations but just in case, they would like to have the funds to purchase the materials.  Concern was raised about possible future-  other grades asking for fund for projects that can lead to high cost

Vote:  15 yes   to 1 No -  Motion Pass

President emphasize that the classrooms will do as much as they can to collect fund before just expecting PTA to fund the project.

Computer lab Mrs. Zhu requested fund for ABC “YA” program.  They will get the amount and let us know but it is roughly $2,000.00.  Need to get more information and than we can vote on the motion.

Ms. Le- Wrote a book and request PTA to purchase for every class.  The cost will be $1,000.00.  Motion Passes

Discussion:

Traffic safety issue with drop off and pick up.  Need staff to have security on both side the street instead of just in front of the school.  School staff noted that police has been giving citation.  The staff will speak with the district to see if they can provide more on the side of the staff parking side.
